Open Air Sessions

Wes Finch performing ‘Jack to Do’ for Open Air Sessions.

This time Wes brought along his full band complete with banjo, violin, mandolin and percussion. It was quite a challenge trying to capture all of this evenly with one microphone and a pretty big challenge trying to capture all the different band members in only a few short takes. All in all though I think it turned out really nicely - but please feel free to judge for your self.

Open Air Sessions are a series of live, acoustic performances from exciting new artists in interestingly unexpected locations.

No amps, no synths, no autotune, music stripped back to its bare bones.

These Open Air Sessions are created with love by Adam Nicholas. If you have an idea for a project, music video promo video I can offer very competitive rates and would love to hear from you.

If you're an artist and are interested in taking part, it would be great to hear from you as well.
